For the first time since the start of the pandemic, NCBA has resumed in-person meetings. Bladen County kicked off the first stop in our “And Beyond” series tour on Thursday, April 21. Many thanks to Bladen County participants who joined the hybrid launch event in Elizabethtown, NC.
This urgent statewide listening tour, co-sponsored with the NC Association of Black County Officials, focuses on providing our members with information regarding the American recovery plan, federal and state funding for counties returning to work, and preparing our community to utilize state assistance for those recovering from over a year of health, economic and educational challenges.
