Rooted in Wellness Day is back, and we are here to remind OUR community that your vote is a health decision. Join us at a location near you to explore how the ballot box shapes healthcare, maternal health, environmental protections, and the resources your community depends on. This powerful event will take place on Saturday, September 19, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Participating counties include:

- Durham — St. Mark AME Zion Church
- Forsyth — Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church
- Guilford — Shiloh Baptist Church
- Nash — Ray of Hope Christian Center
- Pitt — South Greenville Recreation Center
- Rockingham — River Fest
