2025 Impact Report: Strengthening Communities. Building Leadership. Advancing Equity

Entering 2025, we knew it was a year to deepen our impact. On the heels of a contentious 2024 election cycle, our communities faced mounting challenges: economic uncertainty, persistent barriers to basic rights — living wages that allow people to thrive, access to health care and education, and integrity in public decision-making. At the same time, disengagement from civic institutions continued to grow within the Black community. For many, particularly in the communities we serve, trust in systems meant to serve them continued to erode.

The 2025 Impact Report reflects how our organization showed up in a challenging year, what we learned and how we are preparing for the work ahead — because meaningful systemic change will take more than a single election cycle.
